We recommend that new students in Kindergarten
and Primary school undergo our free entry assessment before enrolling in our courses.
The primary purpose of the entry assessment is to
evaluate students' English proficiency in order to
place them in the appropriate level of course.
For Kindergarten students, the entry assessment focuses on evaluating their letter recognition skills, phonemic awareness, blending and spelling abilities, as well as their
listening and speaking skills.
For Primary school students, the entry assessment includes evaluating their listening and speaking skills, as well as their reading and writing abilities. The assessor may also assess the students' basic level of phonemic awareness and phonics proficiency.
