Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Job duties

Front Desk & Inquiries: Handle reception and respond to inquiries via phone and messaging.

Enrollment: Manage course consultations and student registrations.

CRM: Follow up on customer relationships and feedback.
-
Operations: Maintain center order and ensure smooth class transitions.
-
Instructional Support: Facilitate communication and translation for foreign tutors.
-
Administration: Handle data entry, payment records, inventory, and teaching materials.

Job requirements
-
Languages: Fluent Cantonese; proficient English and Mandarin (spoken & written).

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy.

Traits: Responsible, punctual, and passionate about customer/childcare service.

Education: Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
-
Experience: Previous experience in CS or education sales preferred.
Work hours
Full Time:
-
Tuesday to Sunday
-
5.5 working days, with Sunday off on a rotational basis
Part Time:
-
15:00 – 19:00 (4 hours per day).
