Our Selective Screening Process
We hold our educators to the highest standards to ensure they possess the ideal combination of credentials, practical skill, and a shared educational philosophy.
Our teachers hold university degrees and recognized teaching qualifications, with preference given to certified TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA holders
alongside verified English fluency and teaching experience.
Philosophy & Skills Assessment
Candidates complete a comprehensive evaluation, including an essay on Early Childhood Education and the creation of detailed, course-specific lesson plans
Practical Demonstration
Applicants perform live storytelling and teaching demonstrations to showcase their ability to engage young learners dynamically.
Multi-Stage Leadership Interviews
Candidates undergo in-depth scenario and personality interviews with our District Head Teacher and General Manager to ensure alignment with our team values and classroom expectations.

Program-Specific Orientation
Before teaching any curriculum—including Phonics, Readers, Speakers, Cambridge YLE, or Trinity GESE—teachers complete targeted training oncourse objectives and routines.
Hands-on Mentorship & Shadowing
New team members participate in peer observations, class shadowing, 1-on-1 demonstration sessions, and co-teaching alongside experienced Head Teachers.

Constructive post-observation reviews, lesson plan audits, and follow-up plans are conducted to support ongoing professional growth. Our Head Teachers regularly review teacher feedback and comments on student performance to ensure students are placed in the right courses and continue making adequate, consistent progress.

Teachers systematically review student workbooks, track performance every class, and maintain open communication with parents to provide regular updates on student progress.
